Thanks for your interest in the U.S. Federation of Worker Cooperatives.

We have ongoing opportunities for volunteers to get involved with the work of the Federation. If you're interested in volunteering your time, please send an email to info[at]usworker[dot]coop telling us a little about your interests in and experience with cooperatives, your availability and which project or task you'd like to work on . We'll get back to you promptly.

One-Time Projects
Democracy at Work Directory
Compile and enter updates to the Excel spreadsheet holding the data for national worker co-op directory.

Co-op Document Library Project
Call worker co-ops, collectives and other democratic workplaces to ask them to donate documents to our national worker co-op document library. Get permissions, make follow-up calls. Organize documents and add them to the library.

Member Recruitment Drive
We always need current members to make phone calls to prospective members to explain the Federation's benefits and convince them to join.

Expand Worker Co-op Web Presence
Update Wikipedia entry on worker cooperatives, create MySpace and Facebook pages for USFWC, find links to other worker co-op groups and supporters online.

We always need help with:
- Document translation services from English to Spanish
- Graphic and web design
- Articles for our newsletter
