How to Join 

Make history as a founding member of the USFWC!
Apply for membership online  OR Download a Membership Application (at bottom of page)

• Determine your membership class.
  If you're not sure which membership class you fit in, use the CICOPA World Declaration on Cooperative Worker Ownership to help you.
• Fill out an application online or print one out (file attached below).
  Fill in only the part of the application that is relevant to your membership class.
  This may take a few minutes, but you'll only have to do it once!
• Calculate your dues using the Dues Calculator.
• Enclose your dues payment or a payment plan.
  Make checks payable to U.S. Federation of Worker Cooperatives.
  Or pay online using a credit card.
• Mail your application and dues payment to:

  Please allow up to four weeks for processing of your membership application.
