Senior Workers Benefits 

This workshop will address how coops can better pay back those who contribute for many many years. It will include a panel after some senior workers presentations.

Shanta Sacharoff is a longtime worker at Other Avenues Food Store in San Francisco and an active member of the worker cooperative movement in the Bay Area.
