The U.S. Federation of Worker Cooperatives (USFWC) is excited to release our 2024 Impact Report.
The report is full of stories, program updates, and data that show how our stewardship and national infrastructure in 2024 ensured worker co-ops learn faster, mobilize stronger, and innovate together.
Together, we:
- Expanded access to technical assistance led by peer cooperators.
- Protected hard-won gains in policy while winning new ground.
- Built new ways for worker co-ops to connect, learn from one another and share resources.
- Broke down barriers to communities of color applying cooperative solutions to major challenges.
