Logistics Manager

Ecoripe Tropicals, a worker coop and an established Tropical produce distributor, is looking for a candidate to become our Logistics Manager. This person manages the flow of produce from our suppliers to our customers, overseeing our dispatchers and logistics coordinators, with the objective to ensure the product purchased and sold by our Sales Team is received and shipped out timely and with accuracy. Candidate must be bilingual (English/Spanish), and have prior experience in Logistics (imports, customs brokerage, trucking, etc)

This is an exempt position, salary range of $80,000 to $100,000 /yr , Health insurance (75% of premium) and Vision/Dental/Life (100%) after 3 months employment, and Worker Cooperative Membership (with Patronage distributions) after 1 yr of employment.
