You know that the co-op sector is facing a tough year. But we believe that our movement is stronger. The power of worker-ownership is transforming our lives and the world for the better – not just some day, right now.
This poster started as a way to support our Spring fundraising campaign but has changed into something more in order to meet the moment we’re in.
We’re fundraising for our annual goal of $50,000 in individual donations before the end of the year, and ideally sooner than that!
Fundraising updates:
- We’re at 92 total monthly sustainers with just 8 to go to surpass 100 monthly sustainers for the first time ever in our history! Woohoo! Thanks to everyone who has helped out since the launch of the campaign!
- We have not yet met our original internal fundraising goal to raise $20K in individual donations by the end of June. We have raised $13,500 so far.
- We need to raise at least $50K in individual donations this year to meet our annual donor fundraising goal. We need $36,500 more to do that!
Your contributions help us meet this moment — keeping co-ops strong, visible, and supported across the country.
Our members provide opportunities for high-road jobs and ownership to thousands of people, including typically excluded folks like formerly incarcerated workers, Black workers, immigrants and monolingual Spanish speakers, LGBTQ+ workers, and women.
Due to significant cuts to federal government programs supporting co-ops, we need to sustain and scale USFWC’s existing programs to meet the needs of worker-owners as they navigate today’s economy and plan for the future.
Ways to support the USFWC today:
- Donate $15/month (or more): Become a new sustainer (or increase your existing monthly gift by $15+) to receive the limited edition “Worker Co-ops of the World Unite!” poster. Monthly donations are critical to our sustainability. If you’re not already a sustainer, we hope you’ll consider supporting USFWC’s work in this way.

We need the power of community to get through the challenges ahead. “Further, Faster, Together” is a USFWC slogan that is just as relevant to funding our movement through grassroots donations as it is to organizing the collective power of cooperatives.
