Role Overview
The Member Engagement Coordinator is the heartbeat of the Cosmos Co-op community. This role ensures that members are deeply engaged, highly active, and fully utilizing the extensive suite of activities and services available to them.
As the first point of contact for new members, you will guide them through onboarding, help them navigate their benefits, and empower them to create, refine, and publish their own member-led events.
This role requires heavy use of Cosmos’ administrative systems—familiarity with WordPress, CRMs, event calendars, and online forums is a strong plus. This role requires communications management and some outreach, too, informing members of opportunities and guidance available to them.
By bridging the gap between member ideas and platform infrastructure, you will foster a thriving, self-sustaining ecosystem of diverse programming, and a highly connected, satisfied member community.
