The East Bay Permanent Real Estate Cooperative is HIRING a new Staff Member, and we’d love your help!
The Co-Ownership and Education Facilitator will work with our members to facilitate their journey to collective ownership, and all the learning, visioning, decision making, and property searching that leads to a collective property acquisition, and cooperative living! This is an integral position, helping cooperative owners and community members shift their mindset and heartset in relation to real estate and property, living together, and stewarding the land.
Applications Due Sunday, February 13th! The position includes $33/hour, with paid holidays and health/dental benefits, and is expected to work 30 hours/week.
Needs to be living in the San Francisco Bay Area, preferably Oakland/East Bay.
