Arizmendi Construction Cooperative in search of Lead Carpenter (oakland downtown)

compensation: $45/hr
employment type: full-time

Arizmendi Construction is a construction cooperative serving the greater East Bay. We are active in several different areas of construction, from repairs, to remodels, to additions on existing structures and new ADUs. As an organization we strive to include folks who have traditionally been marginalized in our workplace while also providing quality craftsmanship to our clients. We operate as a worker owned cooperative, which allows our members to be part of a democratically organized workplace which we believe provides greater satisfaction to both our clients and cooperative members. We have several large upcoming projects and are seeking to expand our member base. Please find our job description listed below and respond if interested.

Job Description

Our construction cooperative is looking for an experienced lead carpenter to join our team.
