Applying for the EIDL or PPP? Download this guide to share with your lenders and service providers.

Congress has just passed another bill providing $484 billion in relief aid, including $320 billion to replenish small businesses during COVID-19. We know that many lenders and small business development centers are unfamiliar with cooperative structures, and especially worker cooperatives.

To help, we’ve put together a few resources to share along with your applications for the Economic Injury Disaster Loan (EIDL) and the Paycheck Protection Program (PPP):

Worker Co-op Guide for Lenders and Service Providers

Letter to clarify eligibility of cooperatives for the EIDL and PPP

Letter to support workplaces whose workers report earnings using the Schedule K-1 or Form 1099

Once you’ve applied, please share your experience with us here so that we can track data and experiences that will inform our advocacy efforts.
